Subscription: Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of the Anar Premium Subscription ("Subscription"). By using our Subscription, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Subscription. The jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these Terms shall be exclusively Mumbai, India.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the Subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Product Listing Policy.

3. Subscription Fees and Payments

The Subscription fee is payable in advance and is non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms. Prices are subject to change, and we will provide notice of any price changes at the time of renewal.

4. Use of Subscription

The Subscription should not be used to spam, disturb, or harass buyers. Sellers are expected to act in the best interest of buyers and do their utmost to provide them with agreed-upon goods and services, whether decided on the Anar platform or directly. If we receive complaints from buyers about spamming or if we notice such behavior, or if a seller does not adhere to the steps laid down by Anar, we may block the seller's account. In case of disputes, Anar's decision will be final and binding to all sellers. The Subscription fees will not be refundable in such cases.

5. Termination by User

You may cancel your Subscription at any time by contacting customer service via email (sahan@anar.biz). The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period. No refund of Subscription fees will be made if the termination is initiated by the seller.

6. Changes to the Subscription

We may change the price, features, or terms of the Subscription at any time. We will notify you in advance of any such changes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your Subscription at any given moment if you fail to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or Product Listing Policy. In such an event, no refunds will be granted for the remaining term of your subscription.
Additionally, we may decide to terminate your subscription if we determine your products or profile do not meet our quality standards. Should this be the case, we will issue a refund that is proportionate to the unused portion of your subscription period, following a prorated calculation.

8. Refunds

The paid Subscription fees, once processed and received, are non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies regardless of the use or perceived value of the services provided during the subscription period. Please make your subscription decisions carefully, keeping this policy in mind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Subscription; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; or (c) any other matter relating to the Subscription.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anar, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
