With the due support and encouragement of our friends, buyers, and our 25 years plus expertise in assembly of sewing machines we ventured into sportswear manufacturing. Our initial activities were established in the year 2010 with a modest capacity of 5 machines in an area of 500 square feet, enabling us to make upto 75 mixed complete garment sets per day. Having a background in assembly/manufacture of sewing machines was an added advantage as we were able to effectively use the best and reliable capital equipment for manufacture of garments. Infrastructure, Production, & Post Production Because of the continued trust and encouragement by our buyers in our quality products, in the year 2019 we were able to set up a modern factory covering an area of 9000 square feet in Ludhiana located in the vicinity of the city center. Being in this manufacturing hub, skilled manpower is easily available enabling us to be productive, cost effective while maintaining quality and product innovations at the same time. We have installed state of the art imported machinery like Jack, Juki, Overlocks, Multi Heads, Foldings, Flat Seamers and so on to ensure fine stitching and finishing which is comparable to international brands We are now able to make between 400 - 800 mixed garment pieces per day. We can also customize products while maintaining quality as per requirements of the buyer. Post production quality checking is strictly adhered to. All products are labeled, ironed before packing. We also try to use environment friendly material in primary and secondary packing like kraft boxes and jute bags, wherever possible.
