Vertigrip - Stone / Tile Fixing Mortar for Vertical Surfaces. Perlcon Vertigrip is an extra strength, premix sandfree self curing special tiling mortar for Vertical Surfaces. Its even spreading ensures tiling work completely devoid of air pockets and cavities, its special formulation decreases the maintenance costs. No pre-wetting of substrate and tiles is required for application of vertigrip. Advantages - Sandfree, Self Curing Saves water. Less material usuage. Dust free & clean. Crack free. Light weight. Saves manpower, time & cost. Technical Specifications - Dry Density - 1200 kg/cum Initial setting time : 40 - 45 mins. Final setting time : 500 - 600 mins. Pot life : 2 hrs. Coating thickness : 3-5 mm Coverage - 150 sq.ft (3mm bedding) Shelf life - 6 months. For 100 sq.ft tiling work 135 kg conventional cement paste (Dry Density :1800 kg/cum) is required while other branded masonry tiling mortar (Dry Density :1600 kg/cum) its 35 kg that is required but for Perlcon Vertigrip its only 25 Kgs that's required.
